Eunice Marie Strong

Eunice Marie Strong (Howell) was born December 14, 1923, and passed peacefully into everlasting glory on July 7, 2017. She was born in Webbers Falls, Oklahoma, to Jack and Annie Howell. Eunice Marie Howell moved to Porterville, California, in 1942. She married Joel Franklin Strong on December 11, 1953. Eunice lived in many states, but always called Tulare home. She is survived, loved, and deeply missed by her beloved son, Rodney Strong (wife—Lauri Strong), two precious grandchildren, Joel Strong & Stephanie Strong, brother, Eugene Howell, sister, Glenda Hauert, and many other sweet family members and dear friends. Eunice Marie (Nana) was devoted to her faith, family, and friends. Earth has lost one of its greatest shining lights, but heaven has gained from her arrival there. She will be sorely missed by those who knew and loved her, but she will never be forgotten.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 17, 2017 from 8:30 a.m. to 11 a.m. with funeral services beginning at 11 a.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA. Burial will follow at North Tulare Cemetery in Tulare, CA.
