Services will be held in Visalia for Frances Zenal Armstrong, 94, of Visalia who passed away Friday, August 13, 2010 in a convalescent home in Fresno.
Mrs. Armstrong was born in Dadeville, Missouri. She moved to Visalia in the 1940’s. Frances had been employed for years with Early California Foods in Visalia. She was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Armstrong as well as four sisters and two brothers. She is survived by her nieces and nephews.
Services will be Saturday, August 21, 2010, 3:00 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel in Visalia. The Rev. Floyd Westbrook will officiate. Burial will be private in Visalia Cemetery.
