Lucinda Rae Bernard

Lucinda (Cinda) Rae Pinell/Bernard, 72, of Woodlake, CA left this earth to join the angels February 07, 2021. She passed away at Kaweah Delta Hospital in Visalia, CA with one of her dear friends holding her hand to help guide her way.

She was born to Ray and Beb Pinell, September 6, 1948 in Visalia, California. She is survived by her 3 children: Jason Hixon of Oakdale, CA; Ronald (Ray) Azzolino of San Diego, CA; and Rachael Swanson of Woodlake, CA. She is also survived by her six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Cinda graduated from Mt. Whitney High School in 1966 and shortly after, pursued her RN Degree in Nursing at the College of the Sequoias. She was an accomplished nurse for 37 years at Kaweah Delta Hospital and proudly served her community during some of their most difficult hours with compassion, grace, encouragement, and dedication.

She attended church at Woodlake Christian Center where she loved praising the Lord. She was immensely proud of her family and leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories. And, although we will all miss her dearly, we have peace knowing that she is with her Lord and Savior and in no more pain. We are comforted knowing that someone we love is now in heaven, therefore, there is also a little piece of heaven in our homes as she will live in our hearts forever.

A celebration of her life will be held at Woodlake Christian Center, 799 N Valencia Blvd., Woodlake, CA 93286, March 13th, 2021 at 10AM. Please feel free to join the family as we remember her on that day….
