Nancy was born in Norman, Arkansas May 6, 1943 to Oscar and Fern Mary Carter
She passed away December 16, 2011 in Visalia, California.
Nancy is survived by her Mother Mary Hutchens and step-father Jerry Hutchens, Brothers; Jim Carter, Ron Carter, Tom Carter, and Herald Carter, Sisters; Linda and Sharon, Daughters; Tina Houston, Donna Womack, Jeannie Womack, Celeste Crumm and Melissa Crumm, Grandchildren; Sara Wadsworth, David Trujillo, Tara McLaughlin, and Daniel Crumm and 2 Great Grandchildren.
She is predeceased by her Father Oscar Carter, and Brother Dennis Carter
Nancy worked as a Caregiver for 35 years here in the Visalia area
