Norma J. Dinwiddie Hanna

Norma J. Hanna went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, May 27, 2013 in Visalia, California. She was born on July 3, 1924 to Lanson and Eva Dinwiddie in Lamar, Missouri. Norma married Irvin W. Hanna in Stockton, Missouri. In 1957 she moved to Ivanhoe, California with husband Irvin and twins, J O and Jane. They made their home there until 1996 when Irvin, her husband of 57 years, passed away. At that time Norma moved to Visalia, CA.

Norma and Irvin enjoyed going to Reno, Nevada and on trips to Missouri to visit family. She also enjoyed playing games with her grandchildren.

Norma is survived by her son J O Hanna and wife Salley of Sunriver, Oregon; her daughter, Jane Shields and husband Eddie of Visalia, California; four granddaughters and three great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2013 from 4 – 7 p.m. at Miller Memorial Chapel, 1120 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA. Graveside services will be held on Friday, May 31, 2013 at 9 a.m. at the Visalia District Cemetery, 1300 W. Goshen Avenue in Visalia, CA.
