Why did God take away my husband, my father, my friend?
Why did God take away such a caring and loving man?
Why did God take away a hard working proud Union man, that was such a great teacher?
Why did God take away a whole of a man and leave us a hole in our lives?
Why did God take away Bobby from us, when heaven is so full of angels like Bobby?

Every river must run into the ocean.....
Every day must end with the sun going down...
Every great journey must have it's ending...

So many things in life, we don't understand....
but know this...
We were blessed to have God give us (Bobby) for all the beautiful years and great times, but now God needs him back....

Bobby took my family in his home and treated us like we were his own family.  He was a great man and will be truly missed!  Our thoughts and prayers go out to the whole family!

Dear Mrs. Duran, Vickie and family,

Your dear husband and father will be greatly missed.  His kindness to our daughter Riley was a special kind of love.  In fact when we walked into church today, Riley asked me why we hadn't seen him in such a long time.  She enjoyed the candy that he always remembered to bring for her, but most of all she enjoyed knowing that he was so kind and thoughtful and he always made her feel special.  When we heard his name read in church today, we both started crying.  Riley asked if we could go to the restroom and say a prayer for you and your family.  His kindness and love of Christ will stay with us and touched us deeply.  He blessed us....and we pray that you will all be comforted by your sweet memories of your dear husband and father.  May he rest in peace and may the perpetual light of Christ shine upon him.

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. He is resting peacefully in the Lords arms. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time. May the Lord give you comfort and strength.

I always have a smile on my face when I think of Bobby and his corny jokes,  the great food he made (especially the beans), and the way that he made everyone feel at home.

May God's blessings and strength be with you, Tencia, Becky, Vickie, Bobby and Ruben, we all go sometime, be thankful for all the great times that Bobby made and shared with you and his friends.
