Rosalie Carmelita Ortiz

Rosalie, a beautiful person inside and out, passed away unexpectedly. She loved unconditionally and always had everyone laughing. Rosalie was born in Tulare, CA, raised in Visalia, CA, lived a few years in Orange County and lived her final 30 years back in Visalia. Rosalie leaves behind her lifelong friend/ex-husband Pat Ortiz, her son Boo Boo Ortiz, her daughters Mary Ortiz (John Martinez) and Lori (Anthony) Lopez, her granddaughters, Danielle (Jeremy) Saesee, Mikayla Menchaca and LeeAnne Slatten-Lopez and her great grandson Julian Saesee.

A funeral will be held on Friday, Feb. 26th at the Visalia Cemetery at 9:00am. Following, birthday and celebration of life will be held at her daughter, Lori’s home. Face masks are highly encouraged.
