Wilma Joy Foster was born on March 29, 1933 in Clinton, OK to Frank & Lillie Bailey. She passed away in Tulare, CA on March 15, 2011 at the age of 77 years. She grew up in Oklahoma where she married Francis Leroy Foster in 1953. The couple moved to California shortly after settling in Tulare where they raised their family. She was a Homemaker and also worked at various jobs to help support her family.
Survivors include her son, Leslie Foster, Tulare; sisters, Margie Marsh, Bakersfield and Roberta Pledger, Oklahoma; 5 grandchildren, Clayton Foster, Tyler Foster, Emery Foster, Jaimie Foster and Crista Foster, and 3 great-grandchildren.
In addition to husband, Francis Leroy, she was preceded in death by her son, Francis Lynn Foster in 2008.
Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, March 2nd, 10:00 a.m. at the Old Tulare District Cemetery.
