Born in Landstuhl, Germany in 1961, Harry came to the US in the early 60s with his parents. In his adult years, Harry was hardworking, first for Harland before working for Trane an additional 15 years.
After discovering his wife in a newspaper letter ad, the two were married in 1989. Two daughters were born soon after, Kristian in 1991, followed by Katerina in 1992. After the passing of his beloved wife in 2020, Harry met his girlfriend Laurie later that year.
A loving father, Harry’s outgoing and joking demeanor, made him a very good friend to many. Among his favorite hobbies, Harry enjoyed cooking for his family and watching sci-fi.
Harry is preceded in death by his parents Margarethe Klose and Dieter E Klose, younger brother Robbie, and beloved wife Angela Miller Klose. He leaves behind his two grown daughters Kristian and Katerina as well as his beloved girlfriend, Laurie.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 23, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at Caughman Harman Funeral Home, West Columbia, 820 Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170, followed by a graveside service at 11:00 a.m. at Southland Memorial Gardens, 700 Dunbar Rd., West Columbia, SC 29170.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to Prisma Health Children's Hospital of the Midlands.
