To Joe's family:  I want you to know that Joe was one of my dearest friends beginning in the 90's when we worked together at the Contracting office at Keesler AFB, Biloxi, MS.  Joe was a treasure...a true, kind and very fun loving man.  We kept in touch all these years after he moved to Texas, and I always enjoyed hearing from him. He kept me laughing.  I will miss this dear friend for the rest of my life.  I loved Joe Inman. May he rest in peace. God bless you all in this time of sorrow. I know that Joe truly loved his family and friends.
