On behalf of my sons and I, please accept our deepest condolences in the graduation of Mugsy from her earthly home to her eternal home with Jesus.  I was saddened when I read the news but rejoice because she ran the race and completed her assignment here on earth. She is rejoicing and singing so sweetly with her love ones. Mugsy was a wonderful joyous woman every time I came in contact with her.  Robert, Carmen & Martin thank you for allowing me to be part of your life and meeting your amazing mother & grandmother.  I'll miss her but cherish her memories.  My prayers are with you as you adjust to the physical life of not having her with you. R. I. E. P. MUGSY💜🕊💜🕊

Our sincere sympathy is extended to Joanne's family & friends.  It was as blessing to have her, & her family, as our neighbors & friends for many years.  She was a good loving christian woman who we will always admire & respect.  One example is when a young man & woman, suffering a drug addiction,  broke into a few homes in the neighborhood.  One victim was Joanne, who had her jewelry stolen.  After they were arrested, Joanne ministered to them in jail, as part of her years of prison ministry.  Not only did Joanne never tell them that she was one of their victims, she said she thought the good Lord led her to them.  What strong faith she possessed & shared. She was truly  the proverbial one in a million.  Peace.

It is with so much sadness that we say goodbye to Joanne, one of my most dear cousins....I am so glad that after many years of being widowed, she found great love in her husband, "Tar" Paul Outlaw. 
They have been a joy to watch and know, and both families have melded to support them, and to keep them safe.  We are confident that Joanne is in Heaven, rejoicing with "nuthamomma"  and all the other loved ones, who have gone before her.  Give them all a hug for me, Jo, and I'll see you in a few years, I hope! Love, Kathy

I always enjoyed seeing Mrs. Joanne when returning to SC for a visit to Dunn’s Chapel.  We will miss her, but what a wonderful, selfless servant heaven has gained! So sorry for your loss in Joanne's passing.   Prayers for the families and may God comfort you during this time and in the future.  Joanne and Tar-baby were cherished friends of mine and Jimmie's.  She never missed the opportunity to confess her faith and pray with us when we were together.  The time we spent together was always a blessing.  We will always remember her in love and know heaven will be a sweeter place with her there.    

My prayers and sympathy go out to the family.   Mrs. Outlaw raised a wonderful daughter in my friend, Ruthie.  I am so sorry to hear of her passing.  🕯 

So sad to hear of Joanne’s Homegoing . A lifetime friend , she was as beautiful inside as outside .  Heaven is richer today as Joanne is welcomed home and God is saying “Well Done” . My love to  Paul  and the Outlaw  and Neese Families . 

My Southern Belle Mama! She was truly a lady and a loving mother. Her love for the Lord was so evident. It was a privilege helping to take care of her these last few years. Her wonderful husband, Paul, (Tardaddy to us) and his family loved her so much and I am so thankful for them! I will miss her greatly but I know that she is praising Jesus in heaven, and that I will join her one day.

As a teenager in highschool, I, and several others, spent a lot of time at the Neese home. Mugsy always welcomed us with a smile, took care of us all, was interested in our lives, laughed with us and always pointed us to Christ. Over the years, whether I saw her little or a lot, she still had a lasting impact on my life.  Her joy and smile were contagious! Her faith was deep and enduring. Mugsy’s love of her Savior only grew as she aged and shone like a light from her. I am privileged to have been one of her ‘kids’.                                                  

My grandmother was the best person I’ve ever met, ever come to know, and ever come to love. I know when someone passes it is customary to commemorate them and their life. This is not that. This is something I’ve known and acknowledged to myself for many many years, since I was quite young. I had the blessing to visit her and talk to her and hold her hand before her hospitalization was necessitated. I’m so thankful for that. If Heaven does exist and anyone deserved to go there, it would be her. I’m sure she would agree, that her entire life was purposed for where she is now… with her “Father”. Grandma Mugsy, thank you for everything you were and still are to me. PS. Also thank you for my middle name and the brown eyes you gave me. I love you.

A truly beautiful lady, Joanne was a worker for the Lord of her life.
She, with my mother, worked in Prison ministry for many, many years, and, I'm sure led many to worship God. Joanne was an ordained minister of the Gospel, and served the Lord for so many years. She is already missed, and will be missed until we meet again.

She was such a wonderful person. A loving mother, grandmother, wife and friend. Being with her during her last few days was a blessing to me. So many laughs and smiles we shared together.

My beautiful aunt Sisty. She has had such an impact in my life. A true prayer warrior. Such strong faith. She could turn any situation around to glorify the Lord. She will be missed greatly. Pure Love.
