I would like to express condolences to the family of Earl Wiggins. He was a coworker and friend for several years  at the U.S.P.S. Earl was fun to work around. He always had good wit with a humor that made the harder days easier to make it through. I enjoyed his stories of flying with a previous coworker or the cars and times he had in his younger life. He was a good friend and I will always remember him for who he was to me and the times we had going to dirt track  races or having lunch in the cafeteria at work.
