Peggy spent her life as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend. A few of her hobbies included baking, crocheting and sewing. She loved hand making her grandchildren’s Halloween costumes throughout the years, spending time with her family and going to the Mountains with her husband. She was a member of Edmund Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Wayne Wise; son, Edward Eddie Wise; daughter, Christina Wise; granddaughters, Shawna Wise, Kayla Adair Allen; grandsons, Matthew Wise, Dakota Wise, Cruz Wise, Bradyn Wise; sisters Barbara Jean Wise, Virginia (Gayle) Sloan; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She was predeceased by her parents and sister Betty (Bet) Jane Wheeler.
A visitation will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, January 11, 2025 at Caughman- Harman Funeral Home – West Columbia Chapel, 820 West Dunbar Road, West Columbia, SC 29170, with a memorial service to follow at 12:00 PM.
