GASTON – Robert J. Cummings, 53, returned to his heavenly home when suddenly summoned by the Lord on Friday, June 23, 2017.
Rob was born on March 2, 1964 in Massena, NY. He was a hard working family man who enjoyed outdoor activities with his family and friends. Rob touched many people in his life through his gift of gab and sense of humor.
He is survived by his loving wife and best friend, Kathy Cummings; two children, Lenere, 11 and Grace, 5; father, Harry Cummings (Joyce); two sisters, Dawn Masterson (Michael) and Shelley Mason (Jim); nephew, A.J. Mason (Jackie); nieces, Colbie Downey (Scott), Jessica Hayes (Gary), and Sarah Masterson (Jose); aunts, uncles, and cousins. Rob was predeceased by his mother, Beverly Cummings.
Services time, date, and location(s) are still being determined.
