Margie Ruth Dodd

"Tootie", as she was called by those who knew and loved her was born in Brownwood, Tx. on Dec. 8, 1929. She was married to Bobby Joel Dodd Sr. on March 29, 1947 in Brownwood, Tx. She is survived by her four children. Bobby Dodd, Jr. in Louisiana. Grandchildren, Dwayne Dodd, Johnny Dodd, & Allen Dodd. Johnny Dodd, wife Dawna Dodd in Lorena, Tx. Grandchildren, Bryan Dodd & Lance Dodd. Patricia (Dodd) Krause, husband Bill Krause Jr. in Lorena, Tx. Grandchild, Shane Davis, wife Kasey Davis Robinson, Tx. Great Grandchild Brycen Davis. Mack Dodd, wife Chelsee Dodd in New Braunfels, Tx. Grandchildren Ally Dodd & Trace Dodd. Family, Stacy Krause, Great Grandchildren, Tyler & Breanna Krause in Boerne, Tx.

"Tootie" helped run Dodd & Sons Automotive for many years. She retired from Piccadilly and enjoyed spending time with her family. We will miss her home fried cooked chicken, sweet tea, & chosen deserts which included pies & cakes. As we celebrate her life and remember so many memories, we would like to extend a warmful Thank You to Patricia Krause, who patiently and loving took care of Mamma Dodd during her last years.

Visitation will be held at Connolly-Compton on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 10 am to 12 pm

Graveside Service will follow at Robinson Cemetery at 1pm Location Address 620 E. Stegall Rd.
