From a young age, Sharon had a deep love for all animals, with a special affinity for dogs. She enjoyed spending time with friends and family at the beach and made many treasured memories with her grandparents.
Sharon graduated from Pinellas Park High School and soon found her calling in caring for others. In 2009, Sharon and her daughter, Skyla, moved to Waco, Texas, where she continued her journey of compassion and hard work. She began working at a veterinary clinic caring for animals. She later became a Certified Nursing Assistant and fell in love with nursing. After earning a degree at McLennan Community College, Sharon served as a registered nurse in various settings in Waco. She devoted many years to caring for patients and was deeply loved by the patients, families, and coworkers whose lives she touched.
Sharon is survived by her daughters, Skyla Dieserens (Carter Dieserens) and Aubrey Porter; her granddaughter, Violet Dieserens; her parents, Jeanne Lam Keeney (Sean Keeney) and Ronald Scrimo (Lula Scrimo); her siblings, Karen Slaydon and Michael Kittle; and many other loving friends and family members.
She is reunited in Heaven with her brother, Ronnie Scrimo; her grandparents, Ken and Dorothy Lam and Angelo and Rosemarie Scrimo; and other dear friends and family who have already gone to be with Jesus.
Sharon was a devoted mother, daughter, sister, and friend. She had a contagious laugh and a kind heart that warmed every room she entered. If you knew her, you loved her. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
