Lolita Delos Santos Boregas

Lolita Delos Santos Boregas of Kahului, Hawaii, passed away on September 10, 2024 in Kahului, Hawaii. She was born on March 28, 1937 in Sta Maria, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.Lolita is preceded in death by parents Saturnino & Anunciacion Delos Santos; siblings: Godofredo, Jose Sr., & Ann Lou Cordero; and husband: Celedonio Boregas.

She is survived by brother: Jaime (Beatriz) Delos Santos, Children: Cecilio (Mina) Boregas, Fe (Mauricio) Olayvar, Cesar (Leticia) Boregas, Khonnie (Victoriano) Villanueva, Cel (Melvin) Picardal; 15 Grandchildren, 19 Great-grandchildren and 1 Great-great-grandchild; along with many more loving relatives.

Lolita’s previous employers were Maui Pineapple Company and Maui Linen. She was a very loving and supportive wife, mother and grandmother; helpful and generous to relatives and friends. She will be dearly missed.

A Celebration of Life service at Norman’s Mortuary in Wailuku will be held in honor of Lolita. On Friday, October 25th 2024 public viewing starts at 6:00pm and service at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be held also at Norman’s Mortuary on Saturday, October 26th 2024. Viewing will begin at 9:00am and service at 10:00am. Burial will take place at 12:30pm at Maui Memorial Park – Main.
