Patrick Earl Fase, 59, of Wailuku, Maui, passed away on April 15, 2017. He was born on November 5, 1957, in Hawaii.A celebration of Patrick’s life will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 13, 2017, at Camp One beach in Spreckelsville.Patrick enjoyed fishing, hunting, horseback riding and spending time with family and friends. He is survived by his wife, Cecilia Hoopai; brothers, Michael John Fase, Robert Fase; sister, Sandy Smith; and numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
