Johnny Spencer, Mr. Johnny to us at Rice, made significant and lasting contributions to the beauty of the campus. He was a wonderful business partner and friend. We missed seeing him in his later years, but his high standards have been maintained by those who continue with JSB. We are fortunate to have known him and wish to express our condolences to his family.
