He was preceded in death by his wife Peggy Jo Echeverria and son Thomas Echeverria.
He is survived by his loving wife Tilsa Sitton- Echeverria, brother Vincent Echeverria, Sisters Dolores Walker and Alice (Liz) Fenning, daughter Teresa Echeverria, son Timothy Echeverria, 6 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
A viewing will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home 3035 Old Washington Road Waldorf, Maryland on Tuesday June 9, 2015 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady Help of Christians Catholic Church 100 Village Street Waldorf, Maryland on Wednesday June 10, 2015 at 10am. The burial will follow at Maryland Veterans Cemetery Cheltenham, Maryland.
