Billy was retired from the United States Air Force and from MNCPPC. He enjoyed watching the Washington Redskins, loved baseball and fishing. Billy was quite the ladies man!
Billy is preceded in death by his wife Eileen Grayson. He is survived by his children Donald (Patricia), David (Sheila), Deborah, Diane Rice and William (Caroline); grandchildren Sasha, Ian, Denver, Julie, Charles, William II, Brian, Melissa, Sara and Amy; and fourteen great grandchildren.
He will be loved and missed by everyone.
The visitation will be at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland on Wednesday February 5, 2014 from 3 to 6pm. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Arlington National Cemetery.
