Rest in Power, dear Dwight. You were a devoted husband and father and a wonderful friend and music mixologist. I continue to enjoy the hours and hours of CDs you so graciously made for me.

I was a co-worker with his wife and had the pleasure of meeting him several years ago. He was so kind and love his devoted wife and family. He was a caring person. It was people like him that has made the world a better place. He will be missed but will always be with them in their hearts and memory. God Bless the family.

Elton was my first cousin. My father and his father are brothers. I remember him, Portia and Robert as children. We reconnected on Facebook and I was happy to see that side of my family again. I extend my deepest condolences to his family and my family and I will keep you in our prayers.

I worked with Elton for many years at the Federal Reserve and he was one of the best clients that I ever worked with . He was always available and always caring with a smile that would light up the sky. He loved his family and always expressed it. I would ask about his little ones just to get to see them growing up and he was so proud to share the pictures of them. To the family, I am so sorry for your loss as well as everyone who knew and loved him.

Rest in Heaven Elton.....

Elton was my first cousin. His mother and my father Raymond were brother and sister. I always looked up to Elton because he was such a scholar. When he was accepted to Harvard, he was the pride of our family. I'll never forget it or him.

I am devastated! We found we were cousins thru our great grandparents, but only had the opportunity to meet once, were looking forward to our next! I send my deepest sympathies, and prayers to his wife Earline, his children, and the rest of his family, that God keeps them close and gives them peace and comfort! I know Elton is safe with our Father in Heaven! Rest well my dear cousin! ♥

I am so sad to hear of Dwight's passing. I grew up in Bayside, NY and had the privilege of playing little league baseball with both Dwight and Robert. I remember them very well. They were great kids and tremendous ballplayers. Unfortunately, I was always on the other team and had to both hit against them and pitch to them. Usually not a good outcome for me. So proud to hear of all of his accomplishments. I know he is with God and he and his family will remain in my prayers always.

I worked with Elton for many years at the Federal Reserve and he served as my mentor there and throughout the years. He was always available to give me career advice, which I so needed as a first generation attorney. For over 27 years, Elton was there for me.

He was the ultimate family man and so loved his wife Earline. He was an exemplary father as well.

I will miss him as if he were my own brother. Rest In Peace gentle soul. You went away too soon and you will be greatly missed.
