Sheila Sue Beaudoin

She Joined the UNITED STATES NAVY in February 1982 and was Honorably discharged in January 1991 as a Cryptologic Technician Maintenance First Class. Her Duty Stations included Naples Italy and Pensacola Florida.

She married LCDR Duane A. Beaudoin USN (RET) on 18 February 1989. Sheila and Duane have three children and two grand children. LT Joseph G. Beaudoin II, his wife Elizabeth and their children Joseph G. III and Dorthy Alexandria, LT Nathaniel A. Beaudoin, and LT Jessica Mary Lee Beaudoin.

Sheila loved traveling and visited Italy, France, Germany, Spain, England, Scotland, Nassau, Freeport, British Columbia and other wonderful places and countries along her journey.

Through out her life, Sheila was a strong advocate for the environment and nature, a seeker of truth and justice, and a supporter of many charities.

A lifelong scholar, she earned her bachelor’s degree and two master’s degrees in business and psychology and was pursuing her PhD.

Sheila and Duane lived happily together in Upper Marlboro Maryland in their little house in the woods with their loving Saint Bernard “Tinkerbelle”.

In October of 2021 Sheila was diagnosed with Mesothelioma at the age of 58. She passed away on 16 February 2022. Please help us support those who suffer from this terrible disease and someday find a cure.
