Barbara Ann Thomson, age 88, of Madison Heights, Michigan passed away on Monday, February 17, 2025. She was born January 17, 1937, in Detroit, Michigan to the late George "Lindy" Kovach, and the late Sophia (nee: Romanski) Edwards (the late Rex).
She was the beloved wife of James. Loving mother of Leslie Thomson, and Brian (Melissa) Thomson. Devoted grandmother of Brandon (Alaina), Camerson (Kate) Thomson, and Danielle (James) Weber. Cherished great-grandmother of Kaitlyn, Leah, Emmalyn, Troy, and Zane. Sister of Kenneth (Chris) Kovach, the late Jerry (the late Joann) Kovach, and the late Bonnie (the late Dean) Hutton. Sister-in-law of the late Margaret (the late Ralph) Akens. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and many other family and friends.
A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2025 at 11am until the time of her Memorial Service at Noon at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road).
