Christopher Carl Drewanz, age 45 of Warren, died Friday, February 03, 2006 at St. John Hospital in Detroit. Christopher was born March 04, 1960 in Detroit, Michigan the son of Werner Drewanz and Vivian (nee: Nicolai) Kotarba. Christopher lived his entire life in Warren graduating from Center Line High School class of 1978. He worked in construction as a dry wall specialist. When he was not working he was an avid collector of almost everything including baseball cards, Beaney Babies, Hot Wheel Cars, vinyl records, and antiques. He also loved to ski when he was younger, camp, fish, ride bikes, and just enjoy all outdoor activities. He is survived by his wife Elizabeth, children Kristin, Samantha, and Brendan, his mother Vivian Kotarba and stepfather, Richard Kotarba, his father Werner Drewanz, and his siblings Donna Drewanz, Richard Kotarba Jr., and Alan Kotarba. Also surviving are many loving family members and friends. Visitation for Christopher will be on Tuesday February 7th, from 3-4 pm with a Funeral service at 4:00 P.M. at the D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 mile) in Warren, Michigan. Please share memories of Christopher at his guest book.
