
Constance L. Bogden, 74, of Warren died March 6, 2007 at her home. She was born December 19, 1932 in Marion, North Carolina to Ray and Dorothy Houk. Constance is the former owner of Als Party Store in Detroit. She was a long-time resident of Detroit, living in the State Fair-John R. neighborhood, where she was a devoted member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Dancing, Monday night bowling and socializing with good friends were some of her favorite past-times. She loved sports and tried never to miss a Tigers opening day. For the past six years Constance has lived at Tivoli Manor where she made many friends. Constance is survived by her children, Debra (Phillip) Lukaszewicz, Micheal (Marianne) Eberlein, Robert (Rebecca), Mark (Julie), Jeffrey (Renette) and Andrew (Annette); grandchildren, Andrea, Micheal, Bridget, Bobby, Jonathon, Adam, Zackery, Sydney, Marissa, Angelica, Aaron and Austin; and brother, Duane Houk. She is preceded in death by her husbands, Walter Eberlein, Robert Bogden and Al Freeman; and parents, Ray and Dorothy Houk. Visitation for Constance will be Thursday from 3-9 pm with a rosary at 6:00 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 Mile). A funeral service will be held Friday at 12:00 noon at the funeral home. The service will be officiated by Fr. Mike Gawlowski. Interment will take place privately at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Southfield. In lieu of flowers memorial donations are appreciated to Hospice of Henry Ford, 43411 Garfield, Bldg #2, Suite B, Clinton Township, MI 48038.
