David M. Jakob

David M. Jakob, 23, of Warren died Friday, February 8, 2008 at his home. David was a 2002 graduate of Cousino High School. He loved football and played while in high school. After high school he graduated from truck driving school and worked hauling steel. Volunteering was important to David, he enjoyed finding time to help at MCREST (Macomb County Rotating Shelter). He was kind-hearted and always willing to help, whether it was shoveling a neighbors sidewalk or helping a stranded motorist. David enjoyed fishing, camping, lifting weights and visiting Arizona. David is survived by his daughter, Jordan Marie; loving parents, Ronald and Florene; brothers, Scott (Carmen) and Robert; grandmother, Margaret; uncle, Chuck (JoAnn) Schwarz; aunts, Gloria Taylor, Lorain (Harold) Mosanko, Lillian (Larry) Bardwell, Vivian (Don) Dobat, Georgia (Barney) Neil, Iris (Jerry) Ruhlman and Hilda Holtz; and many more loving family members and friends. He is predeceased by his grandparents, Charles and Florence Schwarz; and aunt, Louise Marshall. Visitation for David will be Monday 5-9 pm and Tuesday 1-9 pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover at Common (12 Mile). He will be in state Wednesday, 12:30 pm until time of service, 1:00 pm at Hope Lutheran Church, 32400 Hoover, Warren.
