Frank Peter Edwards

Frank Peter Edwards, age 82 of Warren, died Friday, August 20, 2004 at Wm. Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. He was born January 03, 1922 in Egyek Hungary, the son of the late Ferencz Zsibok and the late Margaret (nee: Feher) Zsibok. Mr. Edwards immigrated to Canada in 1930 with his family. After growing up in Windsor, he apprenticed at Ford Trade School from 1941-1945, and received a journeymans card as a tool and die maker. He married Gloria Milligan in 1952 and moved to Michigan soon after. He worked for Eagle manufacturing of Sterling Heights, Michigan from 1964-1990. Frank and Gloria were active in the Windjammers Sailing Club, and enjoyed sailing their Hunter sloop, Windbird. Frank was preceded in death by his wife Gloria, his parents Ferencz & Margaret (nee: Feher) Zsibok, two brothers, Joseph, and James. Also his sister Margaret. He is survived by his children Thomas and Diane, a nephew Trevor Phillips, and two great nephews Trevor and Andrew. Visitation will be held at D. S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Warren, MI 48093 on Thursday from 2-6 P.M. with a Eulogy Service at 5pm. Burial will be at Forest Hill Cemetery Ann Arbor, Michigan, on Friday 1:00 pm, August 27, 2004. Maps to the cemetery will be provided at the funeral home.
