Gregory Andrew Terrace

Gregory A. Terrace, age 26, died September 15, 2014 at Warren Woods Health and Rehabilitation Center in Warren, Michigan. Greg was born July 16, 1988 at St. John Hospital in Detroit, Michigan, the son of Mark and Karen (nee: Nowack) Terrace.Greg was a lifelong warrior in his battle against cancer having been diagnosed at age 5 with medulloblastoma. Always optimistic, he lived his life to the fullest... as a young man, he was a Boy Scout and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, or just hanging out with friends. He also played basketball and cherished his time spent in Northern Michigan.Greg lived his entire life in Warren, Michigan and graduated from Warren Woods Tower High School, the Class of 2006. When not in school, his family traveled to many different destinations, and additionally took many trips to Florida to visit the Terrace Grandparents. Following Greg's high school graduation, he enrolled at Macomb Community College and went to work as a sales associate for a large retailer. However, as years passed, his health forced him to quit working and focus on staying healthy. Greg's memory will be cherished by all those fortunate to know him.Gregory Andrew Terrace was the loving son of Mark and Karen Terrace, and is the dear brother of Brad Terrace. Greg was the nephew of Lisa (Jeff) Boudrie, Dana (Richard) Stanley, Warren (Julie) Terrace, Brian Terrace, Michelle (Jim) Eddy, and John Terrace. He is also survived by many loving family members, cousins, and friends. Greg was predeceased by his grandparents the late John and Patricia Nowack, and the late Andrew and Mary Terrace. Visitation for Greg will be held on Thursday, September 18th from 5-9pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road) in Warren, with Funeral Services being held Friday, 11am at the Funeral Home.
