Jimi was a dedicated worker who spent many years paving the roads of Baltimore with P. Flanigan & Sons and Concise Contracting, pouring concrete and contributing to the city’s infrastructure. Known for his toughness and hard-headedness, he approached life with a strong work ethic and a commitment to getting the job done.
While he was tough, Jimi was also a genuinely nice person who made a positive impact on those around him. His sense of humor and fun-loving personality made him well-liked by many, and he will be fondly remembered for the joy he brought to others. Jimi will be dearly missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him. His memory will live on in the lives of those who were fortunate enough to know him.
Jimi was the beloved son of James Sr. and Theresa. Loving companion of Theresa Knight for 27 years. Dear brother of Keli (Josh) Smith. Cherished uncle of Lexi Smith.
