John Joseph Krzeminski Jr., age 92, of Sterling Heights, Michigan, peacefully passed away on July 31, 2025.
Born in Pittsburgh on October 7, 1932 to the late Helen and John Krzeminski, John lived a full and meaningful life defined by kindness, and a deep devotion to his loved ones. He proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps, a commitment he carried with honor and humility throughout his life.
John was a man of many passions. He enjoyed golf and bowling, but his greatest joy came from the time he spent with family and friends. He was known for his generous heart, gentle spirit, and sense of humor. He was often described as a living angel by those who knew and loved him.
For over 35 years, John was a dedicated member of St. Basil Catholic Church, where his faith played a central role in his daily life.
John was the beloved partner of Geraldine Gizler, and a cherished father figure to her daughters, Patricia and Kathleen. He was a proud grandfather to Dawn, Michelle, and Kellie, and a loving great-grandfather to August, Ella, Brandon, Dylan, Grace, Brody, and Parker. He found joy in family gatherings and his devotion to those he loved was unwavering. He enjoyed spending time with his many cousins, Dolores, Cass, Danny, Patsy, and Roger, along with their extended families. He also spoke fondly of his wonderful neighbors and caregivers who brought him so much joy over the years.
John’s legacy of love, warmth, and kindness will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
An instate for John will be held Thursday, August 7, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St Malachy Catholic Church, 14115 E 14 Mile Rd, Sterling Heights, MI 48312. A funeral mass will occur Thursday, August 7, 2025 at 11:00 AM at St Malachy Catholic Church.
