Ken was born May 25th, 1938, in Detroit, Michigan, son of the late Edward Carl and Adelaide Clara (nee: Serafin) Bentley.
He was united in marriage to his loving wife Susan (Dest) on April 15th, 1961. They made their home in Warren and had a vacation home in Lewiston. He was an active member of Knights of Columbus, Council 5460, John F. Kennedy of Clinton Township.
Ken is the dear father of Sandi (Chet) Williams, Shelli (Chuck) McElreath, Stacey (Jerry) Grzech, Shari Brenz, and Kenneth Bentley Jr. Grandfather (Jaja) of Alan (Kim), Kristina, Erika (Justin), Alyssa, Sarah (Matthew), Abby, Samantha, Sydney, Toni, and Jacob. Great-grandfather (Jaja) of Tyler, Bailey, Marcella, Lucy, Josie, and Parker.
Visitation for Ken will be held at Temrowski Funeral Home Monday, April 4th, 2022, from 3-9pm with a rosary at 7pm. Ken will lie in state Tuesday, April 5th, 2022, 10:30am prior to Funeral Mass at 11am at St. Malachy Catholic Church in Sterling Heights.
