Beloved mother of Frank Perri. Cherished sister of Janice (Rick Desloover) Wood, Nancy (Missi Hatfield) Friday, and the late Linda Schwarm and Robert Friday. Loving aunt of Kyle Schwarm.
Laurie also leaves behind many other loving family members, close friends, and her former husband, Anthony Perri, who remained a constant source of love and support throughout her life.
Born on April 6, 1965, in Detroit, Michigan, Laurie was the daughter of the late Phillip and Grace Friday. She had a deep passion for cooking and took great joy in hosting and catering warm, welcoming meals for those she loved. Known for her sense of humor and her favorite boxed wine, Laurie created a home that was always a gathering place, full of laughter, comfort, and togetherness.
She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Visitation for Laurie will take place on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 12:00pm until 5:00pm at D.S. Temrowski and Sons Funeral Home 30009 Hoover Road Warren, Michigan 48093.
