Mary Jane Barclay, age 67, of Dearborn, died January 4, 2012 at the Henry Ford Hospice Residence in Warren, Michigan. Mary Jane was born on February 12, 1944 the daughter of the late Hugh and the late Frances (nee: Jasper) Barclay. Mary was raised on the Eastside of Detroit and went on to receive her masters degree in occupational therapy. Mary worked for many years at the Veteran Affairs Hospital in Allen Park before moving to the new John Dingell Veteran Hospital in Detroit, where she would later retire from.Mary was the dear sister of Cathryn (Alvin) Zeckzer, Gail Dershinski, and the late Douglas Barclay. Mary is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. A Memorial Service will be held Saturday January 14th at St. Thomas Lutheran Church, 23801 Kelly Rd. in Eastpointe. Mary's family will receive friends from 12noon until the time of the Memorial Service at 1pm.
