Patricia Sue Sims

Patricia Sue Sims, age 59 of Frederic Township, Michigan, died Friday, September 16, 2011 at home. She was born on August 19, 1952 in Mt. Clemens, lived in the Madison Heights area, and had been a resident of Frederic for the last 17 years. Patricia enjoyed her volunteer work with the Grayling and Kalkaska Eagles, and the Grayling Moose. She enjoyed bowling and especially enjoyed traveling the last several years with her significant other, Archie McKay.Dear mother of Jack (Cheryl) Sims Jr., Christine (Kevin) Carvey, Pamela (Marty) Gordon, and Sean Sims. Loving grandmother of Stephanie (Carl), Jack, Jeffery, Dyllan, Kayla, Brooklynn, and great-grandmother of Anthony, Isabella, Benjamin, and Nicholas. She leaves to cherish her memory significant other, Archie McKay. Also surviving are her siblings; Chrystal (Bill) Evans and Thomas (Denise) Russell.Visitation for Patricia will be held on Thursday, September 22nd from 1-5pm, with a 4:30pm service, at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ' Mile Rd) in Warren. Interment will take place at White Chapel Cemetery in Troy, Michigan.Memorial donations are welcomed to Hospice of Kalkaska, 507 N.
