Pavle "Paul" Zlojutro, age 94, of Clinton Township, Michigan, passed away on Tuesday, April 4, 2023. He was born June 16, 1928 in the Village of Bistrica, Bosnia Hercegovina (Yugoslavia), to the late Dan Zlojutro and the late Stana (nee: Jankovic) Zlojutro.
Whether he was fishing in the blue water, or putting on the green, Paul enjoyed spending his time in the outdoors, especially in Port Saint Lucie, Florida with his wife, Mary. Although he enjoyed the outdoors, he loved spending his time indoors as well by watching tennis. Paul also had a special passion for General Motors automobiles. However, none of the above was more important to him than his family and friends.
He was the beloved husband of 65 years to Mary. Loving father of Jean (Mike) Boguth, Peter (Nancy) Zlojutro, Rosie (Steve) McHugh, Amy (Mike) Bossner, and the late Nicholas Paul Zlojutro. Father-in-law of Jane Zlojutro. Dear grandfather of Jonathan, Rachel, Nicholas, Diana, Paul, Maeve, August, Dan, Emily, Hannah, Mike, and Noah. Brother of Stoya Savich. He is also survived by 7 loving great grandchildren.
Paul's visitation will be held on Monday, April 10th, 3-9pm with a Pomen Service at 6pm at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road).
He will lie in state Tuesday, April 11th, at 9am until the time of Mass at 10am at St. Lazarus Church (4575 East Outer Drive, Detroit 48234).
