Stanley J. Bobowski of Warren, age 94, died Tuesday, November 10, 2009 at Marywood Nursing Home in Livonia. He was born May 1, 1915 in Detroit the son of the late Joseph and the late Josephine. Stanley was a WWII Army Veteran. He was very proud to serve for his country in the military. He will always be remembered as a loving, kind, and caring person with a joyful heart. Stanley is survived by Sr. M. Serra, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends. He is predeceased by his wife, Helen. Visitation for Mr. Bobowski will be Thursday 3-9 p.m. with a 7 p.m. Rosary Service at the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 1/2 Mile Road). He will lie in state 9:30 a.m. at St. Hyacinth Catholic Church until the time of the Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. Officiating the Funeral Liturgy will be Rev. Janusz Iwan.
