Theresa Stephanie Szymanski, age 89, passed away on February 25, 2025. Theresa was born on September 1, 1935, in Raczki, Poland, to Jan and Stephania Ulanowicz. She is the beloved wife of the late Wlodzimierz Szymanski for 41 years. The loving mother of Edward (Halina) Szymanki and Krystyna Kudla. The cherished grandmother of Nikole (Roger) Gonzalez and Alexa (Devan Warren) Kudla. The proud great grandmother of Jacob and Nicholas Gonzalez. She is survived by her sister Josephine Topor and preceded in death by her siblings Kazimierz Ulanowicz and Janina Mikula.
A rosary service will be held on Friday, February 28, at 10:00 AM with a funeral mass at 10:30 AM, at Our Lady of Czestochowa Church, 3100 18 Mile Road, in Sterling Heights, Michigan.
In lieu of flowers any donations made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or the ASPCA would be deeply appreciated.
