Timothy Howard Simmons

Timothy Howard Simmons, age 58 of Warren, died Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at his home. He was born October 2, 1962 in Beckley, West Virginia to the late David Alton Simmons and the late Mabel Louise (nee: Tickle) Simmons.

Nothing mattered more to Tim than his faith and his family - both the family he was born into and the family he lovingly chose. He had many hobbies, but family gatherings were his favorite activity. His family will forever feel the hole his absence leaves. Tim's bright and vibrant light was undeniable, and our world feels a little dimmer today without him. He was always the first to crack a joke, offer a helping hand, give his last to someone who had less, and to share a faith-filled word of encouragement. Tim's presence in the world is already so deeply missed. 

He was the beloved husband of Karen. Loving father of Cynthia Simmons, Sarah (Allan Craddock) Grimmer, and Tyler (Stephanie Jelsch) Zajac. Devoted grandfather of Laurin Zajac. Dear brother of Patricia Cantrall, William (Billy) Simmons, Dorothy Simmons, Allan Simmons, and the late David Simmons, and the late Luella Stamey.

Arrangements have been entrusted to the D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ½ Mile Road).

In lieu of flowers, donations are kindly appreciated to Tim's Memorial Fund.
