

Tina Darlene Strassburg (Fife), a woman of unwavering faith, generosity, and kindness, passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones on September 4, 2025. Born on April 13, 1958, in Pikeville, Kentucky, Tina lived a life marked by compassion, devotion, and deep and loyal love for her family and friends.
Tina was the cherished daughter of Fred N. Fife Jr. and Doyle G. Fife (Adkins). She is survived by her beloved husband Robert, her siblings: Terry Kaczmarek (Robert), Sandra Renock (Jim), Nancy Balowski (Bryan), Robert Fife (Deborah), Shanna Sommers (Duane), her mother-in-law, Cindy Strassburg and her brothers and sisters in law Diane Wroge, Deb Hilleary (Doug), David Strassburg (Kim) and John Strassburg.
She was a devoted aunt to many nieces and nephews, each of whom she loved dearly: Nathan Kaczmarek (Beth), Sarah Kaczmarek, Anna Tatum (Andrew), Elizabeth Hamilton (Stephen), Adam Renock, Alexis Renock, Ashley Milobar (Joe), Jennifer (Greg) Giudici, David Balowski (Brianna), Alex Balowski, Aaron Fife (Hailey), Eric Fife, Kaitlyn Fischer (David), Zachery Sommers, Heather Nichols (Todd), Rebecca Hilleary, Shelly Norman (Ryan), Savannah Fargen (Ryan), Madison Kahle (Tony), Logan Wroge, Sam Wroge (Amanda), and Gerald Strassburg.
She was also blessed with many great-nieces and nephews, all of whom she adored and cherished deeply.
On October 18, 2004, Tina married the love of her life, Robert Lewis Strassburg, in a beautiful private ceremony at the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Their marriage was a testament to enduring love, filled with shared adventures.
Tina’s academic and professional achievements reflected her passion for continual learning and servant leadership. She earned a bachelor’s degree in communications from Oakland University and a Master of Arts in Communication from Wayne State University. She also earned two graduate certificates in Dispute Resolution and Hospital Corporate Compliance. Tina was respected as a boss, admired as a leader, and served passionately.
Her retirement years were filled with joy and purpose. She treasured quiet times reading her Bible, morning bike rides, camping and hiking adventures with her husband, sharing meals and laughter with family and friends, spending time at Firekeepers and Soaring Eagle casinos, weekend board and card game competitions that brought joy to all who joined, reading, cooking and embracing the simple pleasures of life.
Her presence was a gift—gentle, wise, and full of grace. Tina’s legacy is one of love, faith, and unwavering kindness. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation Friday, September 12th from 3:00pm to 8:00 pm at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Rd, Warren, MI 48088. An instate will occur Saturday, September 13th from 9:30am until time of Funeral Service at 10:00 AM at A.H. Peters Funeral Home in Warren. Tina will be laid to rest at Fort Custer National Cemetery in Augusta, Michigan. The commital service at the cemetery will take place Monday, September 22nd at 1pm.
