Vincent J. Debono

Vincent DeBono age 81 of Sterling Heights and formerly of St. Clair Shores Michigan, died September 28, 2011at Beaumont Hospital in Troy, Michigan. Vince was born in December 2, 1929 in Malta and came to the United States at age 17 1/2. He married June, wife of almost 60 years and worked in the auto industry for almost 40 years retiring from General Motors. Vince loved life and enjoyed professional ballroom dancing, boating and fishing and was said to be a great barber. Mr. DeBono was the beloved husband of June, and the dearest father of Joseph, Lori, Linda, Devawn, James, and the late Michael, and late Robert. He is also the dear brother of Alfred, and the late Emmanual. Grandfather of Craig, Cheryl, Rhonda, Faith, Rachel, Philph, John Paul and Jason. Visitation for Mr. DeBono will be Saturday from 12noon until 6pm with a 5pm Funeral Service at D.S. Temrowski & Sons Funeral Home, 30009 Hoover Road at Common (12 ' mile).
