Bill was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed golfing and hunting with his friends and family. He was a huge sports fan and loved attending the Detroit Tigers and Lions games. He was retired from the glazing industry after a lifelong career.
Bill is the beloved father of the late Carolee Taylor and the late Justin Taylor. The loving grandfather of Mya Taylor. Dear brother of Debbie (Randy) Lewis, Laurie (Mike) Sousa, Dan (Jackie) Taylor. Cherished uncle of Jennifer Canup, Dustin (Alison) Canup, Jessica (Jeff) Tucker, Sean (Anne) Lewis, Ashley (Ryan) Szczypienski, Alessia Taylor, Justin Taylor, Julianna Taylor, and DJ Taylor. Treasured great uncle of Ella, Ethan, Colin, Mckenzie, Keegan, the late Cassidy, Zoe, Claire, Arya, Natalie, Isaac, and Austin. He is also survived by his beloved dog Sadie.
Memorial visitation will be held on Monday, January 6, from 3pm until the time of the funeral service at 6pm, at A.H. Peters Funeral Home, 32000 Schoenherr Road, in Warren. In honor of Bill, guests are invited to wear their Detroit Lions or Tigers gear.
In lieu of flowers any donations made to the Liver Association or to the Michigan Humane Society, would be deeply appreciated.
