Born in Warren, he was the son of the late Albert J. Kaiser Sr. and Nellie (Avilia) Kaiser.
He was the father of Richard A. and Kenneth J. Kaiser. He was the brother of Dolores Bernstrom and the late Dorothy Silva and the late Robert Kaiser.
He was the grandfather of 6 and great grandfather of 14.
He was an agent for the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals for 45 years and a lifelong animal lover.
