Born in Fall River MA. She was a daughter of the late John and Mary ( Correira) Matthews. Emma enjoyed cooking, gardening, reading and playing the piano.
She is survived by three sons Douglas and Stephen Butera of Bristol and David Butera of Barrington. She also had 3 grandchildren. David Jr., Brittany and Bryan.
She was married to Vincent Butera.
A funeral Service will be held on Friday July 23, 2010 at 10 am in WILBUR-ROMANO Funeral Home, 615 Main Street, Warren. Burial will be in North Burial Ground, Bristol. VISITATION THURSDAY 6-8 pm.
