Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Henry Blouin and Laura (Plamondon) Blouin.
A graduate of Warren High School, Raymond went on to work as an Auto Mechanic for over 40 years.
Besides his devoted wife, Raymond is survived by two daughters, Lorine and Elana Blouin, both of Riverside, RI; one sister, Lorette Leduc of Westport, MA as well as several nieces and nephews. Raymond was predeceased by his brothers, Leo and David Blouin.
Funeral services will be private.
