Beloved wife of the late Sidney Powell; Devoted mother of Patricia Biscoe and Margaret Hughes; Sister of Gloria Vaughan; Grandmother of Kristen Biscoe, Matthew Biscoe, William Hughes, DeAnna Hughes and Kevin Hughes.
A visitation will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church 15663 Norbeck Boulevard, Silver Spring, Maryland 20906 on Thursday at 10am, with a Funeral Mass at 11am. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery 13801 Georgia Avenue Silver Spring, Maryland 20906.
