Quigley; mother of Ann Gaviria, Joan Howard, Claire Quigley, Mary Quigley Hitz (Greg), Beth Quigley Ferencsik (David); sister of Mary O'Loughlin; grandmother of Diana Gaviria, Kevin Howard, Marcella Gaviria, Michael Howard, Kelly Spellman, Juanita Gaviria, Sean Quigley, Ryan Quigley, BJ Quigley, Gregory Hitz, Thomas Hitz, James Ferencsik and Kate Ferencsik. Also survived by 12 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by her son, James M. Quigley, Jr. (Sandra). Relatives and friends are invited to call at Joseph Gawler's Sons Inc., 5130 Wisconsin Ave., NW (corner of Harrison St.), Washington, DC on Sunday, October 23, 2011 from 3 to 5 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at the Church Of The Little Flower, 5607 Massachusetts Ave., Bethesda, MD on Monday, October 24, 2011 at 12 noon. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Silver Spring, MD. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
