Of Bethesda, MD passed on September 24, 2011. Jack is survived by his wife, Sally P. Cohen. He was a devoted father to Michael (Kathi) Cohen, Claudia Cohen, Alison Cohen Mittlestadt (Paul) and Max Cohen; stepfather to Michael Rauh (Annette), Suzanne Rauh Davis (Tim) and Terry Rauh (Sandy); grandfather to Leslie Cohen, Andrew Jones, Sophie Milttlestadt, Candace Cohen, Aurora Cohen, Ben Rauh, Cooper Davis, Hunter Davis, Spencer Davis, Morgan Rauh and Jane Rauh. Memorial service will be held Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Joseph Gawler's Sons Funeral Home, 5130 Wisconsin Ave., NW, Washington, DC 20016 at 11 a.m. Interment will be November 28, 2011 at 2 p.m. at Arlington National Cemetery.
