

Washington, D.C. He attended Episcopal High School in Virginia ,Mclean
School in Maryland, Lawrence Academy and The Rhode Island School of
Design. Liv ,as his friends and family called him,was an artist, a
poet, musician and independent filmmaker. He was the youngest son of
long time Washington D.C. residents, Lt. Col. Charles Webb Jr and Lucy
Hoffman Webb ,both deceased. He is survived by his brother Charles
Hoffman Webb and his sister Elaine Leta Moseley , 4 nieces and 2
nephews, all of whom live in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania area.
Liv was an active supporter of the arts and a great advocate for the
artists he encountered, whether they be a painter,musician,filmmaker
or actor. He was a gentle giant with a big heart and loved to discuss
world events at great length.Livingston had a keen wit and great sense of humor.
Liv will be missed by all that knew
him.He was a member of the Chevy Chase Club in Bethesda,Md, and The
Philadelphia Racquet Club of Philadelphia,Pa. In lieu of flowers

Memorial services for family and close friends will be held Friday,
April 6th at 3:00pm at Old Post Chapel, Arlington National
Cemetery,Va. Entrance to the parking lot must be made through the
