Nicholas P Santrizos

Nicholas P. Santrizos passed away peacefully in his home on July 25, 2022 in Bethesda, MD. Born in Minneapolis, MN to the late Peter and Christine Santrizos. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Helen Manos, his daughter, Christine Marina Chagaris, as well as his two younger brothers, Harry and Mario. He is survived by his son-in-law, George, of Stamford, CT, as well as several nephews and great-nephews.

Nick graduated from the University of Minnesota in 1955, where he was a proud member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He then spent over 40 years in New York City, working in the Media industry where he was President and CEO for Miramax, Vista, HBO and Thorn EMI Home Video until he founded NPS Marketing, his media consulting firm, where he worked for over 20 years.

While in Washington DC, Mr. Santrizos worked diligently and for Fednet Inc. for many years as a trusted advisor.

Relatives and friends may gather at Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, 2815 36th St NW, Washington, DC from 11:00 – 12:00 on Friday, August 5, 2022. The Liturgy will follow at 12:00pm. Interment will take place at Glenwood Cemetery in Washington, DC.
